ABOUT OUR FACILITY
New Life Furniture & Recycling (NLFR) was established in 2008 as a social and environmental enterprising venture that is primarily operated by volunteers. Our store and recycling depot are located across from the Creston Chamber of Commerce/Visitor Centre. Since our inception we have grown from a second hand store to a go to place for upcycled and repurposed home furnishings. Our boutique-like store still carries used electronics and appliances for resale, as well as retro and vintage finds in houseware and home decor.
Our inventory is made up mostly by donations from generous socially minded members of our community. You just never know what treasures will come through the door!
Our recycling department_ covers several different programs which allow us to actively raise funds for KCCS and effectively divert tons of end of life electronics, small appliances, light bulbs, batteries and more... away from our landfill. Thank you for doing your part to make this venture a success!
